The requirements for the purity of the object surface are particularly high during pretreatment. The subsequent production step, painting or coating, requires a high-quality surface with high surface energy, so that optimal adhesion can be guaranteed with solvent-based and also aqueous paint systems. We provide you with our many years of experience from numerous projects and industrial applications with aqueous surfactant cleaners from the Simple Green brand. We are working with partners from plant engineering on projects to convert to environmentally friendly and biodegradable cleaners and high-pressure cleaning with washing cycle systems. A specialized water treatment enables the washing solution to be used for several months.
We provide information about the possibilities for the removal of solvents, the purchase of system technology and the substitution of hazardous substances. We attach particular importance to demonstrations at the customer and tests with original parts. Our Simple Green cleaners can be used in a variety of applications, from manual application to fully automated cleaning systems. For many types of use, the common rinse cycle with water is no longer necessary.

Process water treatment for wash cycle systems

Modern surfactant cleaners are only one component in order to effectively implement the increased environmental requirements and the reduction in solvent consumption. Modern process water treatment enables multiple use of the cleaning solution. This saves large amounts of wastewater and the cleaning agent consumption drops dramatically compared to loss application.

SLF Oberflächentechnik GmbH is a specialist company in the field of systems engineering.  Their field is any system technology related to cleaning and painting. From cleaning and pre-treatment systems, blasting and compressed air technology, to conveyor systems and kilns.

In order to guarantee good paint adhesion, especially with modern water-based paints, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of oils, grease and dirt before coating. If the components always have the same manageable size and geometry, this process can be carried out in an automatic cleaning plant with the help of nozzles. For bulky components or if the dimensions of the components and their geometry change, cleaning in a washing cabin with a high-pressure cleaner is recommended.
